First use: spray in the air first to activate the system. Insert the tip gently into a nostril. Spray short into each nostril 1-2 times. Let the excess liquid to flow out and blow your nose. For deeper cleaning of the nasal cavities: lay the 0-2 years old child on the back or sit the child over 2 years of age. Bend his/her head to a side and insert the tip into the nostril that is higher up. Press the tip for approximately 2 seconds. Let the excess liquid to flow out and blow your nose.
