Returns/Exchanges:

Medicines priced from the Ministry of Health.

No refund or exchange of medicines, vitamins & supplements and pharmaceutical products according to the Ministry of Healthy Circular No / (2) of year 2012.

Our policy only covers machines, equipment, and beauty accessories.

In accordance with MOC law, customers have 14 days in order to request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition, it was received in.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
