Useful information about the Gift Card:
- The Gift Card is only valid in Kuwait for Online use only.
- The Gift Card is the property of the issuer AAW. Cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold. AAW will not replace the card if it is stolen, lost or damaged.
- Minimum value to be added to the card is 5 KWD. The Card can be used as often as the holder would like, until the total amount has been used up.
- The Card has an expiration date of 365 days. Any amount remaining post 365 days will expire if not used.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the AAW digital gift card, the balance must be paid with an additional payment method.
- Any outstanding balance of the Card shall not be refunded, or exchanged for cash
- You can check the balance on your card via the website
- The time scale for returning it is the same as for any other item, providing that the card has not been used. Refunds will be made using the original payment method used for the purchase.
- No refund nor exchange for medicines & pharmaceutical products according to the Ministry of Health Circular No. (2) year: 2012
- Medical devices can be Refunded and exchanged, product should be in good condition as packed, along with the invoice and request should be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- AAW reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

- القسيمة متاحة للاستخدام داخل الكويت فقط، وحصريا أونلاين
- بطاقة الهدايا هي ملك للمصدر شركة علي عبد الوهاب المطوع. البطاقات غير قابلة للتحويل ولا يمكن إعادة بيعها. الشركة لن تقوم بتبديل القسيمة في حال ضياعها، سرقتها أو حدوث أي ضرر بها
- الحد الأدنى للإضافة إلى البطاقة 5 د.ك. يمكن استخدام البطاقة بقدر ما يرغب حاملها ، حتى يتم استخدام المبلغ الإجمالي.
- البطاقة لها تاريخ انتهاء و صلاحيتها 365 يوماً. أي مبلغ متبقي بعد 365 يومًا ستنتهي صلاحيته إذا لم يتم استخدامه.
- إذا تجاوز مبلغ الشراء قيمة بطاقة القسيمة ، فيجب دفع الرصيد بطريقة دفع إضافية.
- أي قيمة متبقية من القسيمة لن يتم ارجاعها نقدًا
- يمكنك معرفة رصيد القسيمة عبر الموقع الإلكتروني
- الوقت المسموح للتبديل هو ذات الوقت لأي منتج آخر. ارجاع النقود سيتم وفقا للوسيلة المستخدمة في الدفع أساسًا عند شراء المنتج.
- يمنع استرجاع أو استبدال الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية طبقاً لتعميم وزارة الصحة رقم / (2) لسنة 2012
- يمكن استرداد ثمن الأجهزة الطبية واستبدالها ، يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالة جيدة كما هو مغلف، مع الفاتورة ويجب تقديم الطلب خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء
- تحتفظ AAW بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت دون إشعار.
