How to use?

How to use?
Clean nose, remove the bottle cap Lean forward, insert nozzle into nostril Squeeze the bottle hard in the center once and breathe in gently Remove the nozzle from the nostril & then release the pressure on the bottle Repeat for the other nostril and replace the cap after use
