Mix all the contents of the Singulair Paediatric granules into a spoonful of cold or room temperature soft food, taking care to ensure that the entire dose is mixed with the food. Make sure the child is given the entire spoonful of the granule/food mixture immediately (within 15 minutes).

Each packet of SINGULAIR 4mg oral granules contains 4.2mg montelukast sodium, which is equivalent to 4mg of montelukast. The oral granule formulation contains the following inactive ingredients: mannitol, hydroxypropyl cellulose, and magnesium stearate.
